These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIRRORMIRROR service, operated by Imposter LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 215 2nd Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, United States. By using our website, the MIRRORMIRROR virtual fitting room Chrome extension, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. User Accounts
- Registration: You may need to create an account and provide current and accurate information.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans for premium features ("MIRRORMIRROR Pro"). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method at the published rates.
- Billing Cycle: Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, and yearly plans are billed annually in advance.
- Upgrades: If you have a monthly subscription, you may upgrade to a yearly plan. Any upgrade fees will be billed and prorated according to Stripe's billing rules.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your profile page’s customer portal. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are offered for partial billing periods.
4. License and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of us or any third party
- Upload or transmit any viruses or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by or licensed to Imposter LLC. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPOSTER LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imposter LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted and effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
